Cancellation or discontinuation of type A work permit

This document is drawn up if a foreign national fails to take up employment that they are authorized to under a type A work permit within three months from the initial permit validity date or if a foreigner terminated employment earlier than three months before the expiration of the permit. The relevant provincial governor must also be informed if a foreign employee discontinued their employment for a period exceeding three months.
