a specific region, and whether foreign nationals can be employed to respond to the market needs. The test is carried out before an employer submits an application for a work permit or for a temporary residence and work permit for a job candidate who is a foreigner.<\/p><p>As part of the economic needs test, the employer is required to publish the relevant job offer in which they must specify the type of work, required qualifications, salary, and other conditions of engagement.
